Had a nice table upstairs by a window , our group enjoyed the variety on the menu even though it was a brunch menu. Loved the various ice cream drinks! The server seemed busy , but was efficient.
Super fun and cute spot! Lots of colors and pretty decorations. Enjoyed the Candy Shop drink, s'mores pancakes, and waffle burger. Everything had good flavor and the drink was not overly sweet, in my opinion. I think the sour candy in it somehow balanced out the sugar. All in all, an adorable restaurant, nice staff, good service, and great place for photo ops.

The food was good this time. Peace the server was very helpful with the ordering process. Liv was very helpful with the open table booking arrangement. Pretty ambiance!!!
i went to Sugar Factory with my daughter, bestfriend and her daughter. Peace was our waitress, her service was amazing, ambience was beautiful, Music was ON POINT. I had the Ribeye and tasted the Mac & cheese. It was divine
